Firelake Deals 1/30 - 2/10

Firelake's sale starts today and ends Feb 10th.  Sometimes you can find some really good deals or if you do not live close to Shawnee, you can price match at your local Walmart (within 50 miles). I do not promise that this is the best prices with coupons, but they are good deals if you need that item. If you remember from my previous post, keep a notebook of your deals, then you'll know a good price when you see one.

A few things to know about Firelake. They do not take printed coupons, price match, or double coupons. However, they do have a rewards card that you can earn points with when you buy Shurfine items.  Your points work like cash and can be removed from your next bill. I usually use mine to buy the boys something from the dollar store.

Tresemme is a mm this week if you received the $2 off two Tresemme haircare products from the magic machine and stack it with the B1G1 Free from RP 1/27. 

For my new couponers, this is how it works and explained in English.

Tresemme shampoo and conditioner is 2/$7.00.

The magic machine is the big red box in CVS, that you scan your card on "daily" to receive coupons. It was printing (and may still print) $2 off two Tresemme haircare products. Since it does not specify, it can be for any Tresemme item. But to get the best deal, you always match up with what is on sale. Then Buy 1 Get 1 free is taking off $6, plus you stack (included) the $2 off is makes it a $1 money maker!

HOWEVER, at CVS, they will not give you money back so make sure you purchase something else to use your extra dollar on (the overage).

Menu January 21

      I have had everything happen this weekend and I have not even had a chance to make my menu, so I have just been winging it. One of the major catastrophes was my freezer went out so the meat I could not rescue, I'm having to use...QUICK!

Oh boy said WHAT?

Kids say the funniest and craziest things. Sometimes it's just their expressions that make it so funny. I want to remember some of these things so I will post them for all to read. (Remember, I'm posting all my stuff here so I won't forget, at least until I start my pinterest idea collection). To protect my children's identity (and rep) I decided to number each child.

Child #2

(Saturday morning around 10:15)

"Mom I didn't pee this morning.

When did you go pee then?

I haven't... I haven't needed to. My pee knew it was Saturday and it shouldn't be up yet so I haven't needed to pee........"

Child #4

(Child #2 walks in kitchen with hair parted to straighten it and has 4 different sections wrapped in buns)

"You look like a WHO!"

(The facial expression almost killed me and I cried for several minutes from laughing so hard)

Child #5

(Sitting on bed opening his candy, #2 walks by and steals it, Face turned quickly)

"And sissy is just a butt head"
